Captain’s Log – Fri 3/14/25
Today marks two weeks since we retired and set sail. It was a late night yesterday with the long passage from Marco Island and the lunar eclipse at 2:30am, so we slept in and had a lazy morning at anchor off Marathon. I made us a hearty skillet scramble on the induction cooktop with mimosas for breakfast.

We went into Faro Blanco Resort Marina where we’re going to wait out a cold front, or two. Seriously, enough with the cold fronts already! Topped off the fuel with 13 gallons of diesel on the way in.
We spent the afternoon at the pool and tiki bar, then dined on the patio.
