Captain’s Log – Sun 4/6/25
We hopped a bit further SE to Manjack Cay this morning. This is another beautiful anchorage, with a marine sanctuary as well. After anchoring around noon and having a quick bite to eat, we launched Hula Doll to explore the sanctuary and some mangrove canals.
We must have seen a hundred sea turtles of all sizes, numerous star fish, and some kind of shark. We found the GoPro, so attempted to get some videos but still pretty new at using it.

As the day wound down, we grilled bone in pork chops with garlic roasted red potatoes for a sunset dinner.

Tomorrow we head to Green Turtle Cay ahead of the coming cold front, where with any luck we’ll be able to stay until the weather passes. If we can’t stay there, we’ll come back here to Manjack Cay to hunker down.
